It is time to prepare the MADE in SC Annual Report to NSF! 

Dear MADE in SC Faculty,

Your work on the MADE in SC project is truly appreciated and we look forward to completing a comprehensive annual report that reflects your efforts. As you can imagine, compiling the annual report is an extensive process of data collection, writing and then uploading it to the NSF system.

Since this is the first project year, and the report is due to NSF in May, the reporting period for this year is from September 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018. Next year’s reporting period will cover May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.

Your support during this process and your prompt actions on our requests will be greatly appreciated. Please see details and action items below.
 

IMPORTANT DATES: 

• REPORTING PERIOD: The first annual report covers the period from September 1, 2017 until April 30, 2018
   
• YOUR DEADLINE: Complete your entry into the reporting portal by noon on Monday, May 7, 2018

Please log in to the EPSCoR Reporting Portal:

1. Work Effort (Months): This is a requirement of every person involved in the project regardless of how much work was done. The fact you are receiving this email means you should enter this information.
2. Work to Be Done Next Reporting Period: Please enter the work you plan to do between May 1, 2018 and April 30, 2019. 
3. Accomplishments: Please enter your accomplishments related to the MADE in SC project for the period from September 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018.  While you are in the accomplishments section, you should select the team members who were involved with you, then select Goals Activity.
4. Goals and Activities: Please revisit the accomplishments you entered into the system and if you did not select Goals Activity for any of the accomplishments, please do so. This helps us identify how we are doing with regards to the Strategic Plan.
5. Products: Please enter the products you have produced since the start of the project. Upload pdf files as appropriate, such as a journal publication, etc.
6. You can access the Portal at any time and edit what you have entered.

The EPSCoR Reporting Portal will remain open until noon on Monday, May 7, 2018 for you to enter or edit your information.
